You know the plane didn’t actually suffer mechanical difficulties because Trump hasn’t talked about how he nearly died for Democracy on the flight. He would never pass up the chance to inform the public of his bravery – they deserve to know.
I can’t stand the orange Cheeto, but it’s highly unlikely he would have $12k in airport fees. Overnight parking maxes out at $120 for the largest aircraft. Landing fees are similarly cheap. It’s very likely he’d run up that bill in handling charges, but a private handler would insist on a credit card. (Except for catering, but that’s a sack of Big Macs).
