  1. If so, plays into the Ukrainians’ hands. It appears that the conscript and paramilitary units at the border only had old artillery on hand and few armored vehicles. Air assets weren’t enough to stop the Ukrainian advance.

  2. How? Is my question. Russian logistics is dodgy at the best of times. Pulling troops out isn’t as easy as just telling them to grab their shit and go. (Soldiers maybe, but anything bigger than those electric scooters will need some more planning. Hope Ukraine can do some serious damage on troops in transit though.

  3. That’s maybe why Ukrainians just attacked Krasnoyaruzhsky District, to unsettle the repatriation of the troups by pushing east to Belgorod so that the Ukrainians can rush easily from the west to Koursk

  4. Once those troop carriers are located I’m sure troop transfers are going to go very well.

  5. This would mean they have no notable reserves at all stand by in Russia near Ukraine. They are just talking random battalions from allover the front to plug a hole 500 km away.

  6. Ukraine invading Russia is fucking brilliant!! Ukraine has actually achieved substantial gains in their own SMO!! Hahah

  7. Ukraine “we would like the Russians to do X so we can target them the whole way to us”

Russians “we will do X, they’ll never expect us to do exactly what they want us to do”

So every channel that questioned this move by Ukraine should apologize, if they don’t they are shills. And all you that watch the footage Russia puts out, be smart, question everything. They have already shown “bombing of Ukrainian positions in Kursk” that was geolocated to Donetsk. If you are successful you don’t fake your successes.

  8. Hope this means Ukraine can push somewhere else eventually if Russia moves enough troops to help in the north.

  9. And the Russians are doing a fantastic job of broadcasting their troop movements on social media.

  10. The plan worked, the orcs are distracted. Now let’s get all the land back, including Bahmut. Hit me hard guys!

  11. This is amazing. The front lines have been gruelling as the Russians are dug in. Now they need to leave these positions and approach ready and highly motivated Ukrainian troops who will be lighting them up as they approach.

I’m no milblogger but I expect Russia to be taking huge losses in the next 48hours

  12. Hopefully, Ukraine could benifit from this and strike break the lines elsewhere… Stay strong Ukraine!

  13. Hopefully this added pressure can make the occupation in southern Ukraine unsustainable.

  14. So the Russians are sending 7 brigades to kursk.. thats a fantastic result for the Ukrainians. But this will be manuever warfare where the Ukrainians will have some advantages.

Given the Russians highly limited offensive coordination capabilities, this could get really interesting if those 7 brigades are chopped up by himars in a couple of weeks..

Also 7 brigades should create some sort of weak spots and relieve pressure across the entire front line.

  15. If the routes are within HIMARs range, maybe smash them up a bit on the road?

  16. Igor Sushko isn’t credible. I thought we’ve been through this in like, March 2022?

  17. I dare not hope, but if anything is going to collapse all Russian military power in occupied regions, its this.

  18. Sewing chaos is a great plan, because Russia isn’t good at reacting to a moving battlefield. Smart of UKR to attack the weakness of the Russian military top down structure.

  19. This all a great ploy for what Ukraine really wants!!!!!!!! Thinning out the herd is awesome plan. After the dam was destroyed last year UAF had to rethink how retake the grand prize. Russia recruited the world’s idiots for cannon fodder therefore you just kill them all instead of them giving up. To dumb to give those idiots are. You see smarter men in. Kursk throw up their hands say fuck this!! But the idiots around the Grand Prize are Zombie types. So get them running North and then Hammer Crimea. Russian navy is gone, air defense is dying pretty fast there and now bleeding troops to North.

  20. I am surprised that Russia’s not doing a full-blown conscription at this point.

There is little hope of them achieving anything substantial with the equipment and troops remaining. The Ukrainians are at the door.

Putin can’t show his hands by doing a full conscription. It would show how weak Russia is. His regime may not be able to survive once the elite realizes how screwed they are.

My only fear is that we will push him into a corner and that he will resort to using nuclear weapons. No one inside his inner circle is strong enough to say no or go against his will… Unless other countries come to the rescue, I don’t see a way out for this regime.

Best of luck to all Ukrainians and foreign fighters!

  21. What hapens now? Wekend russen posossisen. Open no for now opertonity for Ukrainforses. Now atact, offecive agens the russian forses.

  22. F16 to the rescue, if they’re flooding a couple corridors towards Kursk, they should be easy to see. Slava Ukraine.

  23. I guess Ukraine named there new city Kirak.
I didn’t like the name Kursk anyhow 🤣

  24. Is it totally out of the question for Ukraine to encircle the current front from the rear, seems like the F16s did change things a bit afterall

  25. It’s going to be a long walk after drones take vehicles out.
Shouldn’t be a problem, we’ve seen them run home plenty of times.
