I usually hate the sound of packing tape. Damn. The first head got wrapped 12 times with that tape! I like that the Ukrainians gave him vital first aid and a little slap. That would be SOP if I were in charge. Same with the Wagner coup. Without being trapped between blocking battalions and no-man’s-land they are pretty willing to surrender.
