I believe we should inspect all warships passing through, and if they transport nuclear weapons they will be removed and safely stored on a raft while the warship is out sailing. The raft will have an official inspector to look after the weapons until the ship returns to collect them. He will care well for them, because they are quite expensive, such nuclear weapons.
