😁 "Putin is a son of a bitch": ear honey from a pensioner in Kurshchyna

Many locals speak Ukrainian perfectly, hate bunkers and thank the Armed Forces.

KuPR is a meme out of control.

  1. While most of the people in Russia are Rus. Ukrainians are one of the top 5 biggest ethnicities in Russia. Of course a lot of people lie about their ethnic background so they won’t have to face prejudice, and I am sure a lot of ethnic Ukrainians are fighting in the Russian military. But if Russia was a better country it would be a lot more easier for slavic people to embrace their heritage.

Also if you look at the history of the area Ukraine could make the case (it would be a silly ridiculous claim that no one would take seriously) that they have historical claims to small parts of Russia and I believe most of Belarus. I think that Belarus was always looked at as a unique group of people. But Kievan Rus and later The Principality of Kiev (Ukraine) usually or occasionally had administrative control over them or they were the ones who decided who their nobility/leadership would be. while they were both parts of Polish-lithuania or/and the USSR I think that the local government of Ukraine ran parts of Belarus as well. Been awhile since I read up on it, so do not take what I have said as religion.

  2. Interesting that these people didn’t speak up in the last 2 and half years of war! only when they get invaded they love Ukraine. /s

  3. “Son of a whore” actually (and I concur). She also says something like “what the fuck he’s done”, in the sense of “what a fucking mess he did” (kinda).

  4. Babushka: “Son of a bitch, damn”

    Soldier: “Who? putin?”

Babushka: “Son of a bitch.. he messed up so many things, dammit”

Soldier: “Don’t worry, everything will be okay. You still have years to live”

    *cut*

Soldier: “Did the mayor of this village flee too?”

    Babushka: “Everyone fled…”

Babushka: “And they left me, my son took my pension, and gave me food instead” (i’m not really sure what she’s saying here)

Soldier: “What do you eat now? Do you have enough?”

Babushka: “Your boys gave me so much, you’re so handsome boys”

  5. UA bro sits with babushka, asks if she has enough food.

orks come in, kill everyone, and steal washing machine.

  6. I’m all pro Ukraine, but let’s nog put too much meaning on these Ukrainian propaganda skits. We saw the same kind of vids in the first days of the ‘SMO’ the other way around.

  7. And if anyone thinks all these videos are propaganda and has “seen rusian videos of ukrainians just like this” bare in mind that russia is one big psychiatric patient projecting every problem it has on everyone else.

  8. Ukraine won’t gain any territory, but I bet after the war a lot of Russians from the border regions, especially those with Ukrainian roots, will immigrate. And not just babusyas. It will help Ukraine’s demographic issues a bit, and push Russia even further down the road to oblivion.

  9. Honestly, I worry about them showing the faces of locals in Kurst speaking out against Putin. It is dangerous. This is a viscous regime.

  10. The city’s and villages that are now under Ukrainian control that speak Ukrainian instead of Russian should never be given back to Russia we al know what Russia will do to those people if they ever get that land back

  11. If this goes on uninterrupted, the surrounding areas will just join Ukraine voluntarily.

  12. So Ukraine liberated a Ukrainian speaking area in Russia? Post COVID world is like a TV show come to life.

  13. How do you know a russian is lying? His/hers mouth is moving! Single most important fact learned the hard way, do not trust russians. You think she could not lie because she is old? Think again! She was there during the stalinist era. You have simply learned to lie, they were born in it, moulded by it!

  14. Ok, but they need to be obfuscating peoples’ appearances. Shit like this carries consequences if this territory is retaken by Russia.

  15. I’d atill be careful accepting food and such.. and not consume anything lest it was testen on the russian pows first:)

  16. That’s nowhere near the description he warrants, but it’s a solid start.

  17. Annex Kursk and Belgorod, then hold elections to see if they want to stay part of Russia!

  18. When German forces invaded Ukraine they were greeted as liberators after the holodomor and general Soviet mistreatment. They squandered this good will by bringing in the Eitzengruppen units and Ukrainians were smart enough to know it would start with the Jews and would end with the rest of them. This time, it’s real Ukrainians, led by a Jew, which has to be considered one of the true ironies of history.

  19. Unlike what people on Reddit want you to think not all of the Russians support the war.

  20. The local people just say what their actual leader wants ti hear. Next month, when russia is back, they spit on Ukrainian flags and kiss Putins ass again.
