Ukraine Invades Russia | Moscow Says ‘Crazy’ Incursion Could Spark Wider War
Downing Street has said the Government’s support for Ukraine “remains unchanged” by the country’s incursion into Russia.
On August 6 Ukrainian troops entered Russian territory in the Kursk border region, making it as far as 19 miles, overwhelming units on the frontier, as the bulk of the Russian army were engaged in the offensive in Donetsk, in eastern Ukraine.
The Sunday Times’ Peter Conradi joins Talk’s Mike Graham to discuss this further.

Ukrainian forces have already lost nearly all their heavy equipment, taken out by drones. Not many of them will leave Russia alive except for those captured.

Putin doesn't even know how many of his missiles are functional. Everyone thought Putin was a genius mixed with a sadistic warrior, but his greed and self-delusion are his achilles heel. He didn't check on whether his personal corruption was destroying the Russian army from within, and, of course it was over his entire reign.
Putin knows if he tries to do anything serious, the USA has a stealth B2 ready to dump so many nukes on the Kremlin and wherever he's located, it will get ugly for Russia quick. Doesn't mean it isn't risky for the USA in DC and NYC also, but man, Russia must be really weak for this to be happening. This was UNTHINKABLE ever since Russia got nukes in the late 1940s. TOTALLY UNTHINKABLE.

Ukraine has wasted need manpower and resources on their eastern front, a frontline Russia is actively advancing on and taking territory on. This Kursk Incursion is a waste of manpower and resources. Yes this guy is saying it's amazing and such, but they ain't going to hold it. They created another front for no reason and Ukraine can't support another frontline, it will stretch their resources even more and for what? A PR stunt to get more money of naïve western leaders.
This will be like when Ukraine wasted it's marines on that river crossing where it kept funnelling them in to be drained.
