I thought it was a multi-use room.
For disabled folks or babies or people who want to get changed. Not sure I’d want to have unsupervised babies though.
Well you can’t change it here – the Baby change has been disabled.
That reminds me of the joke about a guy checking into a hotel and asks the person at the front desk “is the porn disabled”and the front desk person saying “it’s just regular porn u sick fuck”

Lol, thats not what the sign means! It means you put your disabled baby in, and get the baby back with a different disability.
