I haven’t ventured into the village group for a while and had two separate ‘sheep escaped from field’ encounters on my drive home last night and wanted to see if anyone had posted anything.

I used to do part time work for one of the companies that do these university prints. If the guy calls up and explains what happens with the photo evidence there is a good chance they will send another copy over for free. It has been a few years, but when I worked there they cost 50p to print and the cheapest package was around £30.
The real question is what will you do to intensify the humour
Tell them that they **are** going to pay for another print or you’ll be ringing the old bill.
That’s proper weird behaviour that is. What the fuck would make you want to take the photo out of the frame and rip it?
(I’m a lurking American), do y’all have laws about opening up other people’s mail like the U.S. does? With how rude that lady was I would absolutely escalate it. What a knob.

If this is real, why post it on the internet. It’s clearly both mail interference, theft and destruction of property. Go to the police and get it settled in small claims court.

Peculiar. I know you’re not the OP, but I used to work in a similar company and if someone phoned me to explain what had happened and proved the photo was destroyed, I would have sent out another f.o.c.
