What is the meaning of each option??
I am applying for MSc electrical and IT engineering and I have a BS electrical engineering degree from Pakistan I am confused which option suits me the best..

well then your school was obviously abroad. now all you need to do is find out if this is a general university entry qualification or only a subject specific.
also are you sure that your degree from pakistan is even accredited?
