  1. I fail to see how any of the girls cheated…this seems like a judging issue and frankly I’m so over it. Just give all 3 a bronze and call jt a day. Do better next time.

  2. They cut this quote short. I’m not going to do the due diligence, but I remember the original quote finishing with (paraphrasing) “I look forward to the future where I can share this medal with Jordan and Sabrina.”

  3. Different people say different people cheated. But here we have 3 different athletes that were wronged one way or the other, from 2 different countries. At this point just acknowledge the judges were incompetent and keep them away from judging ever again.

  4. what a disrespectful comment this is

it is not ana’s fault that the bronze is not given to jordan, ask fig and ioc for that

  5. She is a teenager caught up in the middle of the judge’s incompetency. She did nothing wrong, ridiculous to call her a cheat

  6. Ana didn’t cheat. We can talk about the process and all the other officials in this mess and how that was messed up but Ana herself didn’t ask for this to happen.

  7. Gymnastics is far from perfect, and small steps have been made to make it safer for athletes. But when people within the community say things like this, that’s how you take small steps back.

  8. Wait, people are actually blaming this poor girl for the judges/administration having their heads up their asses?

  9. Hmmmm my only guess is he referring to the governing bodies like ioc, cas, etc and not the athletes and just assumed the public would get it …… but if not dang lost respect from me #fetch

  10. It wasn’t cheating. It was the American org breaking a rule for late appeal. The girl had nothing to do with it allegedly

  11. I think cheating implies intent whereas this was just a total cock up in the system that decides the winner.
