23. Cost of a Patriot battery and a guided missile cruiser is around the same at $1billion. U.S. has lost many more Patriot systems in last 2 months alone than Russia has guided missile cruisers. Debatable if the U.S. has enough available ground based air defense systems (and munitions) remaining to defend U.S. installations from attack, let alone allies.
