Hi all, I was extolling the virtues of the Downpatrick and County Down Railway to someone on another thread, went to get a link and it seems that it was flooded last year and they have had to suspend running.
It’s a working heritage railway, funded and operated by volunteers. They’ve got trains, carriages, engines, railcars, even a railbus from north and south of the border.
I’d love to highlight all they’re doing and hopefully promoting them on here can bring them some good.
