At a recruitment center in Sudzha, Yuriy Butusov is destroying documents on Russians who dodged service and refused to let Putin have them killed. As a result, these Russians won’t be drafted into the army

Maybe they missed the chance to identify some helpful contacts. Also, this will only make sense, if they do not plan to stay for longer.
I suppose the vast majority of these documents are online. Ukraine cyber army knows what to do.
