6. The landscape makes the motorway. Any time I’ve had to drive that stretch, I’ve been in awe of my surroundings.

9. The M62 is even more stunning in the winter with a sprinkle of snow. Not too much or the traffic grinds to a halt. Highest motorway in the Uk.
