i know he scored a brace. but i still don’t like him, he doesn’t press, his touch is atrocious, and he kills a lot of attacks imo.

From the Valencia game we can tell that he doesn’t drop down to the field like always, but bcs of that he has a limited time on the ball, doesn’t get a lot of contacts and to some people he’s ghosting. For me it’s for the better, less contacts more box play
Flick himself cant change lewa, it has to be the whole team in general. Lewa has to do his part and finish and work on his first touch and positioning. The team also has to help feed balls into the area
Hopefully he continues to press higher, gets more opportunities and scores more. Lewy’s success at Bayern wasn’t just Flick, only time will tell if we can replicate his success.

If Flick has good outside wingers and stops using inside forwards…with Olmo in behind…yes Lewa will pick up form and maybe become even better than his first season..
Flick can’t make him 5 years younger can he?
If he stays up centrally and doesn’t drift much he should rack up a lot of goals
I mean, at the moment Lewandowski has 2times more goals than the whole Real Madrid squad in LaLiga
