  1. For those wondering: a traction substation converts power from the local utility grid to the voltage and amperage needed for the operation of streetcars, electric railways, etc.

    That area has vast sections of electrified rail. Oh well.

  3. Who do you think did that? Because it’s way too far for UA soldiers or even Russian freedom fighters unless they have partisans elsewhere…
