I find it interesting so far that in the videos I have seen Russia is mostly using FABs and artillery away from residential areas. They still seem convinced they can push Ukraine out eventually without demolishing their own villages.

If they’re staying they’ve got to shorten the front line at some point and fortify areas of topographical advantage
Is it just me or is this incursion situation starting to seem a little too distracting the Russians are still making ground in Ukraine and even if Ukraine holds this area of Russia for a “bargaining chip” the current ground in Ukraine that the Russians are advancing in is a lot more valuable than that area in Russia

Why can’t I see the advances to the west near Tyotkino and Slobodka-Ivanovka on live map Ukraine. Are they just extremely conservative. I’d really like to use that map but it doesn’t seem very reliable/up to date.

I’d be very nervous if I was a Russian in Glushkovo right now
Hard to see why theyre risking lives for this it’s crazy to try to understand. Must be some bigger picture than what i see.
