What reasoning compels a man, beleaguered by the hardships of this dire economy, to part with his scant resources to enrich further a man of immense wealth who seeks the highest office?
Trumps fund goes to his legal fund and offshore accounts.
Even magats are tired of giving their hard-earned money to the whiny old weird trust fund billionaire.

It’s important to note that for July fundraising for Trump, that includes the uptick he got after the shooting, and presumably the RNC. Conventions are designed to fundraise.
August will clearly tilt towards Harris. She’s controlling the media narrative and has more enthusiasm on her side. The DNC will bring out more donors. Walz is likely bringing his own fundraising infrastructure on board as well.
Even accounting for the Republican PAC money, it’s really a very advantageous position when the democratic candidate is out fundraising the other side. You don’t get flatfooted when you can afford to run ads everywhere all the time.
