The lack of recon is concerning. Anyway, looks like Ukrainian troops got obliterated by a single BMP3 and couple of drones. That Ukrainian BMP2 gunner dropped the ball.
Here is what happened in the video:
A Russian BMP-3 is firing on a Ukrainian M113 going down the road. A Ukrainian MRAP and BMP-2(triangle markings visible) both approach the intersection where the Russian BMP-3 is, which is currently firing in the opposite direction(where the M113 was driving)
The Ukrainian BMP-2 mistakenly fires a shot at the Ukrainian MRAP instead of the Russian BMP-3 while the Russian BMP-3 turns its turret around and destroys the Ukrainian BMP-2 at close range.
Looks like a series of catastrophic mistakes from the Ukrainian side as the Ukrainian BMP-2 could have easily eliminated the Russian BMP-3 which was firing the opposite way down the road.
The bmp 2 rolling up in front of the bmp 3 just to get light up is one of the wildest footage I’ve seen so far

That M113 got the wrong turn and dayum it got lit up, crazy that all or part of the crew had a chance to get off from that, sadly drones went for them.

Very confusing situation. We can see pyramids on the m113 and the mrap. We can see a V on the front of the bmp2, but we can’t see any markings on the bmp3.
I doubt the bmp3 was engaging the m113. Seems unlikely to miss at that distance. It also ignored the MRAP.
I’m leaning towards it being a Ukranian bmp3 engaging a russian bmp2
Jesus Christ they messed that up so badly
russians should thank putin for this. red army finally can say they are defending anything despite being called “defenders” since 2022
it’s insane to see close combat vehicle footage like this, I can only image the shit some people seen & been through that wasn’t recorded or footage that got lost/destroyed.
