The poll showed that the support for EU membership is higher in the Muslim-Croat Federation – 83.8% – and significantly lower in the pro-Russian Republika Srpska at just 48.3%. In the autonomous Brcko district 75.1% of people are in favour of EU membership.
Too bad their government is doing everything possible not to join the EU. The amount of corruption, nepotism and stoking ethnic tensions for self-interest is disgusting.
I feel for the Bosnians and wish them all the best after what they experienced in the 90s but Dayton agreement created a barely functional state that sadly won’t be joining the EU in the foreseeable future

Ask them if they would still want EU membership if they were net contributors to the EU budget.
Only then can one know if it is about EU values or EU valuables.

I hope all the best for our Bosnian friends. However it will still be a long way to access EU. I guess Montenegro will be the next Balcan country to join the EU, followed by Albania and North Macedonia
