24. It is simply a rhetoric statement that bears no substantive impact in the conflict in Ukraine. Possibly to continue to mislead the Russian government into false impressions of the possibility that we are trying our best to promote peace. At a time when Ukraine is occupying parts of Russian territory.
    However, it is only America that will decide whether Ukraine should accept the path to peaceful settlement. And Russian military overpowering Ukraine.
