“Sent to two consenting adults” – needs clarification. Is this two adults above the age of consent or two actually consenting adults (as in I’m about to send you ‘this’ – is that ok? Like you know actually getting consent.) Just because someone is over the age of consent doesn’t mean they need or consent to what ever explicit pictures or texts you feel you need to send…
Edit: I’m going on the text from the article on the BBC – “but insisted he “did nothing illegal” and said they were sent to “two consenting adults”.”
