Sad news! I hope they have caught those involved in this attack!
The big problem with these kind of attacks is that they are difficult to impossible for security services to prevent. Unlike bigger attacks that involve coordinating with others, planning and sourcing materials these lone wolf attacks can just be decided on a whim by the perpetrator. The only way to really catch them is if they publish some kind of video or something beforehand and it gets on the radar of police before the person can start the attack.
This is so sad. My sincere condolences to family and friends of the deceased. I hope the police catch the fucking asshole(s) who perpetrated this attack 🤬
