1. Nepal has a new Prime Minister who is quite adept at sucking off the Chinese.

   The last time he was in office, the Chinese ambassador apparently had a free reign of the Nepali government. And when his position was in danger, the Chinese were openly interfering in Nepali politics to save his government.
