Those ISIS terrorists take 8 people hostages overall — 4 prison staff and 4 other inmates. 3 penal colony employees died of their wounds shortly after they were taken as hostages, videos of their dead bodies emerged on telegram channels published by terrorists. One penal colony employee was critically wounded when special forces start storming the colony and snipers open fire, he later died in the hospital. 4 others inmates who were taken as hostages were also executed seconds before snipers opened fire, images of their dead bodies emerged on telegram channels as well. No hostages survived.
