Russia says third bridge damaged in Kursk region as Ukraine presses on with offensive • FRANCE 24
“We are achieving our goals,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday, as the country’s forces continued what he has called a “defensive” operation in Russia’s southwest region of Kursk. Russia accused Ukraine of destroying a third bridge in the area, which could hinder civilians’ ability to evacuate, and said peace talks are “not an option, right now”.
