Perhaps if the UK paid teachers something more than just above the minimum wage, we wouldn’t need so many supply teachers.
You know, pay those people that influence and educate your children for many hours each day, week after week, how to be useful members of society. How to constructively interact with their fellow humans.
But no. Let’s just criticise and denigrate those prepared to do what you, as a supposed parent, aren’t willing or are not capable of doing. Supporting your children to become well educated and well rounded members of a functional society.
