  1. hezbollah has such fast and accurate anti-ship missiles? looked scary that thing
edit: as per latest news the fast missile is an iron dome interceptor

  2. With a ship that small an FPV could be an antiship munition. Do we know what took out the inbound? Main gun? 20’s? .50’s?

  3. I assume we’re looking at an Iron Dome missile based on where it’s coming from.  I would guess it’s intercepting an unseen sea-skimming drone at the last second before impact (unless they somehow accidentally got a radar lock in their own patrol boat?).

  4. At the range with which the missile exploded, it’s still basically a hit. Even for US warships the CIWS anti-missile cannon blows up the incoming missile but the shrapnel still punctures the aluminum superstructure (anything above the weather deck).

  5. The missile in the video is an Iron Dome interceptor fired from a shore based battery. It is intercepting a small drone directly above the ship. Unfortunately it was a little too close.

  6. Peace loving radicals. I’m sure they were only firing at military targets.

  7. I think its an airburst, not interception, those little patrol boats has nothing to shoot down missiles
