    As they said they would be doing. The condition on not attacking ships from Russia and China was most likely based on them not going to occupied Palestine, so if ships from those countries go there and then try to pass by Yemen it makes sense that they would be hit.

    Also, the ships hit werent Russian flagged.

    As far as I remember they have actually met with representatives of those countries in regards to this situation. I don’t think we know exactly what was said but it was likely agreeing on safe passage for ships not going to colonist ports, as can be expected considering Yemen’s public declarations and at least one or two Chinese companies saying they wouldn’t go to colonist’s ports so they could pass by the Yemen and the Suez canal.

    I guess there was some conflicting reports about it but on the end it did indeed sink…
