Binge watching Lost instead of cleaning. Will do that tomorrow.
Inflatable event earlier. Now sofa, wine, sons of anarchy.
Waiting for Chinese food to arrive. Planning the gardening I’m going to do tomorrow as a result of the horticultural epiphany I had that resulted in road trip of garden centres this afternoon. I’ve bought three shrubs that should grow tall and cover up the fence and the view of my neighbours head when he goes to his bins. I’m going to create a little cottage garden jungle and I can’t wait.
Did the oil in my old man’s car this morning, spent the afternoon watching cars go round in circles via ITV and Sky Sports, now sat at home having a tipple and watching The IT Crowd.
I still have to go to work alas. Not going to reveal what I do for work, but let’s just say our nation’s B&Ms do not security guard themselves. Particularly not the one in Loughborough. Wink wink.
Got locked out of the flat as upstairs have new tenants who managed to deadbolt a communal door we didn’t even know had a lock, much less had keys to. They’d gone out and we were stuck outside with the dog.
Thankfully a local locksmith came out quickly, but now £95 down and a bit pissed off, even if it isn’t the new tenants’ fault. Wine has been cracked open.

At least it wasn’t raining.
