Previously I posted here stating how I got an offer for a store manager position and when I sent the contract to the Ausländerbehörde and they told me that a residence permit for such position doesn't exist so therefore they cant issue one to me. Yesterday out of nowhere i got another email from ABH asking if the offer for the store manager still exists and if yes I should send them a Declaration of Employment Relationship filled by my employer as soon as possible so that they can send it to Bundesagentur für Arbeit for approval. Now nothing has changed and I haven't sent any new documents to the ABH in between those two emails nor have I exchanged any emails. Should I see this sudden email as a good sign or is it just another dead end?
