Man Ukraine is going to have some cool post war infrastructure.
So sad this is necessary. Probably need underground hospitals, too.
Some underground hospitals are also being constructed or already been built in Kherson and somewhere else
Pretty fuc-kd if you have to turn schools to bomb shelters! Russia makes me angry more each day!
Will be hit by ruzzian rocket for sure if it is mentioned often in the news. Even before it is finished.
Is Ukraine really expecting the war to drag on long enough to require this? Or are they expecting another war down the track?
Either way, the West can make shit like this obsolete. No more weapon-use restrictions. Let Ukraine hit whatever they need to, to end this fucking war.

Ukraine should also build power and water infrastructure under ground as much as they can. It can be done in a more distributed way as well. Makes attacks against them with cruise missiles and drones ineffective.
Same for any places where lot of people gather, like malls or places of worship.
