One wonders if the screening for doping is as thorough/frequent as it is in the traditional Olympic games. My thought is probably not and in such your answer given past experiences with China.
You mean from 2000 onward? That basically tracks the economic development of China into the world power it is today
India is not doing so well in the Olympics.
But I expect one day, their medal count will explode. You would be surprised how much talent you have with a huge population
