Hello everyone, I am applying for a blue card in the IT industry. My diploma was issued from a public university listed as H+ on Anabin.
What is confusing is the degree part which shows both Entspricht and Bedingt vergleichbar.
From the data in the internet, "entspricht" its enough of an indicator that the diploma corresponds to a german diploma. However, I don’t understand why it is showing also Bedingt vergleichbar. Do I have to go through ZAB to get it recognised?

The difference is whether the degree was completed in a public or private school. For public unis it makes a difference if it is full or part-time.
