2. I wonder if this is the best idea. US could easily transfer the tech secretly to make missiles and ability to make them. Nothing needs to be bleeding edge, just effective.

   Then it is freer from political concerns.

4. Is this referring to [hrim-2](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hrim-2) do we think? It’s got capabilities similar to attacks, but without any restrictions. 500km range and 500kg warhead. Could reach a lot of targets within Russia.
