Hello
I just received a letter by ARD regarding the radio fee. I am being charged roughly 55 euro for 3 months, which makes sense. However an additional amount of 91 euro is being charged. For reference, I moved to Germany in the month of June. It seems that the outstanding amount of 91 euros, probably from the previous tenant is being charged to me. Is there anyway I can dispute this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
