I saw this yesterday and Russians claimed they hit it. If true – this video is not firm evidence – then how is it they can pinpoint an individual vehicle, yet they’re also plowing into hospitals, schools, etc. It kinda proves that hitting civilian infrastructure is 100% intentional.
