  2. Can those be shot and damaged by long range rifle? I imagine you could poke holes in it or no, there is some leakproof design feature???

    This facility is not as large as the previous one, but a couple of things to note.

    1) It is brand new. The google maps images are from 2019 and it was still a construction site.

    2) It is like right on the border of (occupied) Ukraine. About 20 miles to the border,

    about 50 to Luhansk (city.)

    People keep asking about the cost of the fuel being lost, the cost of the facility, but the big thing to keep in mind is how this affects logistics. Losing a facility like this is certainly going to make it harder for RU forces in the Donbas to “fill their tank.”
