Hi everyone.
I had ordered a pair of clothes from a USA based clothing store and they did delivery to me via DHL. Today I received an email from DHL that I need to pay tax/import duty. I don’t understand the breakdown on their website and why are the charging me for it. Can anyone please explain this as I had already paid delivery free of around 20 euros on the website and now the DHL is saying that customs need 11.9 euro. The delivery city was Aachen. What does Zusatzpositionen mit 7 Zeilen (L1) mean under levy charges?
