Now that the Olympics is already over, I finally have time to watch the replays, but I can’t find the ones I want (let’s start with artistic gymnastics, schedule shown in photo).
If I go to Sports, I do find a “Paris 2024” Hub.
In that hub, I found a “Replays” section (immediately under “Browse by Sport”).
All the Replays seem sorted by date.
I looked up Gymnastics events dates and see that Women’s team final for gymnastics is July 30. But looking at all listings for July 30, I don’t see any gymnastics.

I’ve found better luck just getting to the replays of the sport I want to watch, then they suggest other replays I might want to see, and usually find what I’m looking for there.
Example: I wanted to see pole vault finals but only could find the qualifiers. Went to that and it suggested me mens finals.
Peacock removed any replays with music, like gymnastics and ceremonies. You can watch replays on Olympics.com
