If Zionism is a legitimate part of Jewish identity, then I’m pretty sure you can find a bunch of Palestinians who consider antisemitism as a legitimate part of their identity.
In fact, it’s often claimed by Zionist-self-identified persons that it’s *the only defining feature* of Palestinians, i.e the antisemitic arabs that happen to fight Israel. So by the same logic, it’s even more worthy of protection.
pffft. 3 million may seem like a lot to you and me, or an individual. But withholding 3 million does not have the big impact those passive/aggressive donors think it will have. NYU is like, it’s ok, you can throw your little fit of sneers, it does not really hurt us.

At some point these people need to realise that Israel will not stop existing, and the belief that it shouldn’t exist (ie anti-Zionism) is a form of bigotry.
