Mother Necessity will see missiles made in Ukraine hitting these targets.
Missiles made in the USA would help, no doubt.
Just dooooo it Ukraine. If video comes out of Russia showing ATACMS going off, say it’s fake news Nazi propaganda bullshit, just like the Russians do when they’re “only targeting military infrastructure” hitting children’s hospitals, train stations and shopping malls.
Mass production of palianytsia when?
Can’t spell Oblast without blast
But if NATO were involved, day one those are primary targets. So who do you want to win this war? Or do you wish to wait until forced to hit them yourself?
Ukraine, with the help of other western countries can easily develop their own longer range rockets. And it’s been in progress for some time. So if you see the Engels airbase burning, there might be an Ukrainian rocket behind it.
Superb graphic. Only one suggestion, the red area should be GREEN. wtf
Lift those goddamn restrictions ffs
Man how spineless the US is in 2024 its unbelivable
Sadly US will never allow it. They want to do business as usual after the war with Russia.
They’ve just brought up this map saying “Do not hit!”?
It’s hilarious, hope that only random accidents will keep happening in these places.
I bet they reverse engineer US missiles right now and in a bit they wont need no permission
The US had only about 1200 ATACMS missiles prewar, and deliveries of the replacement (PrSM) just began 7 months ago. The remaining ATACMS will still have to serve US security commitments in places like Korea, Taiwan, the Mid East and NATO over the next decade.
With ATACMS, the quantity available (I’d estimate averaging perhaps 1 a week) is far more limiting than targeting limitations.
It would be great right now if it hadn’t taken 13 years to get from missile design to test launch for Ukraine’s home grown system.
I mean, there were signs that aggression was on the horizon, Russia is Russia, and they did steal Crimea in 2014.
Yes, it would be great if we (the US) allowed Ukraine to target some (if not most) of these high value points on the map. It would be greater if some of the other countries that contribute missiles would OK it, too.
Ukraine needs to put their own missile program into overdrive, which they should have done in 2014, and start wiping some of these targets out with their own homegrown options.
DO IT.
Most military airplanes are moved outside of ATACMS range…
Remember the Vietnam War? The USAF and Navy pilots weren’t allowed to target the NVA SAM sites for fear of hitting a ruzzian. The F-105’s had to run the gauntlet on every mission to the north.
Meanwhile the ruzzian cowards target the Ukranian civilians.
P.S. I think the F-105 ThunderChief was a helluva plane.
Do it!
I saw an article saying russians already moved 90% of the planes from ATACMS range.
USA again telegraphing and giving Russia time the same way they did last year when the counter-offensive had to happen and Russia had time to put trenches and mines until weapons arrived.
Now the Crimean bridge. It’s psychological important.
Write to the White House,🇺🇸 tell them to lift the interdiction to strike Russian soil.
I never understood this.
US gave/sold these missiles to ukraine so it should Be entirely up to ukraine to decide how and where they want to use them.
What is russia going to do, invade ukraine?
A report was just released saying russia has already moved 90% of combat aircraft or if ATACMS range. Still many targets available though
Hoping that the US has only been feigning reluctance so that when they do give the go-ahead to use ATACMS, Russia will have lined up all of their military assets within range thinking the US wouldnt
No one knows what’s going on here! At all.
For instance, it’s patently obvious that NATO has threatened Putin in some absolutely MASSIVE way (against using nukes or WMD). Putin has used chemical and biological weapons before, but he’s not using them now. There is only one reason that could be: NATO. Threats from NATO. Threats that have Putin quaking in his boots. Putin is clearly *terrified* of crossing any of NATO’s red lines.
So, you can’t just say ‘give Ukraine atacms’ – you don’t know what these threats are – and you don’t know what Putin’s counter-threats have been. No one, outside of a small group of people, know that information. And it’s of the utmost national-security.
The fact that NATO *isn’t* giving Ukraine these weapons should give everyone pause. There will be a reason for it. A very serious and dangerous reason.
America needs to get its act together, and stand up straight in the face of the russian bully! Help Ukraine win! Stop restricting the use of weapons! Stop enabling the russians to kill ukrainians!
Let’s do it!🙏🏻🇺🇦🇺🇸
Russia deserves a boot to the neck.
Russian territory in range of HIMARS kinda looks like a cute sleeping dragon. You’re welcome. “Slava Ukraini!!!”
Looks like a lizard fucking a capybara
If ISW is lobbying for it, it should only be a matter of time before the green light is given.
