I can’t understand why there is not a semi auto shotgun in every vehicle. You wouldn’t have to lug it, Baikal can make them real cheap, someone should be looking out every time – what’s to lose?

I would not be surprised to see shotgunners start getting attached to units specifically for anti drone duty. It’s hard to hit a drone with a single bullet, but fill the air with large buckshot and you only need to shred a bit.
In the same vein, having something like an AA 12 mounted to the roofs of vehicles to effectively interdict drone threats could also be useful, especially for that final approach.
