Germany is central Europe. Nobody here in Germany ever says it is Western Europe or whatever else.
You went down to the one position in Latvia but couldn’t go lower for “other countries” in Asia and specially Western Europe. If “other countries” is the larger item of a subset, add more individual countries to get it down. If not, you aren’t showing the full picture, unless is the sum of an exceptionally large number of small values. But it can’t be like that in this dataset.
