This took two seconds to find. Google tells me Cherry 7up UK has been discontinued, but was brought back in zero variety. You can also import American 7up cherry.
Haven’t seen the cans around lately but my local Morrisons sells 2-litre bottles of it.
I see big bottles of it in most supermarkets, just with no sugar.
Like others have said the zero version of the drink is available, but for full sugar(ish) a good alternative is Lucozade Wild Cherry.
It’s still available, I’ve just found 24 cans of the zero sugar for £11.55

I used to get that all the time as a kid, loved it.
They still make it but only in a “diet/light” version so it tastes like piss 😭
Cherry 7 up, chips with too much salt and vinegar and sitting in the cafe at the pool waiting for my sister to finish her swimming lesson!
