Hey it happens friendly fire all the time they just got the planes it takes 3yrs generally to train. However the f16 is a very reliable dependable plane bring cared for by new mechanics. Allow them some room for error. In war and begging for money and equipment you don't want the world to think your wasting a 100 million dollar plane or patriot system. All governments lie at times. Look at Russia.
