  1. This is a mistake by United in my opinion. McTominay is a solid midfield option and academy product. Often looks like one of the few United players who actually cares.

  2. Think this isn’t a great one for United. I know he’s not seen as a great player interms of skill, his commitment to United is very strong, plus no more 90+ goals

  3. I think it’s time for him to move on. I’m hoping for better things for him and us. If he is not in ETH plans than I’ll trust him. What a servant for the club. Sometimes both sides get better after a split.

  4. The guy at work who would give his heart and soul for the company but you wouldn’t trust him with important projects.

Thanks for the memories but he was not good enough.

  5. Win win for both Clubs in my opinion! Napoli have got a player they wanted who will be great under Conte who at 26 is about to hit his prime and in today’s market for a decent fee! While Man United have sold a squad player for a decent amount of money.

  6. United fans going ‘great servant wasn’t at our level’ and all this shit. He’s the sort of player you should want for your squad.

Firstly quality wise he is at your level anyway, he’s a good player.

Secondly – culturally – which seems to be consistently overlooked by people who play too much ultimate team, he’s exactly the player you want – hard working, no ego, self sacrifice for the good of the team, loves the club. Not another Real Madrid / psg reject looking for the next pay check.

  7. Selfishly very happy with this. He always played fairly well against us and we have them on Sunday.

Edit: By fairly well I meant fucking annoying.

  8. I have no idea what Conte is doing in Naples but this feels like a good transfer for United

  9. This one makes me sad. One of the true realest Manchester United player out there. All the best to him at Napoli.

  10. He’s too good for the premier league. he’s off to a proper league where he’ll challenge for the league.
