  1. That’s a very accomplished and solid nest, the parents must have stolen it

  2. r/birdsfacingforward would like this, excellent work

  3. Squabs

Edit: I thought that was just the name for fledgling pigeons, but it turns out that is the name for the ones that are consumed.

  4. Explains a lot. I’d be a stroppy cunt if I’d had a childhood looking like that.

  5. For anyone who is interested in pigeons, episode 3 of Awesome Animals on Disney+ is worth a watch. Very informative and lots of baby pigeon footage.

  6. First time in all of my 74 years that I’ve seen a baby pigeon! Thanks OP.

  7. Hoo-HOO hoo, hoohoo. Hoo-HOO hoo, hoohoo. Hoo-HOO hoo, hoohoo.

  8. Anyone else seen the ghost of a sheep in the background? 😱.

  9. Things I’ve learned: pigeons have an awkward phase!
