I’ve been in Japan for a year and thr only place I could get an almost proper roast was the USJ Hogwarts.
I miss them so much…
in New Zealand we have actual roast shops where you can get this to takeaway. Always wondered why thats not a thing in the uk.
You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to get roasting joints in Japan. Like I can order from a guy online but it’s super expensive. Roasties, Yorkshires, veg, I can all do, but it’s not a roast without the roast, you know?
I’ve no plans to visit home yet but it will be a British food bonanza when I do.
