  1. Man fuck this war, it is so much like WWI. In that ton of innovation when it comes to ways of killing and disfiguring people.

  2. Way better than sending a whole assault unit with an armoured vehicle. You risk losing a 500$ drone instead of human lives and millions in armour.

  3. This is thermite rather than napalm, but bloody hell, thatā€™s a terrifying weapon for anyone in a trench without very well built dug outs with thick soil layers – even then, everything outside will be burning and youā€™ll be choking on toxic fumes.

War is hell. At some point the poor Russian bastards sent into this hell will need to deal with the evil that threw them there.

  4. One step further to being back to a strange interception of WWI and Vietnam: It’s flamethrowers again, but this time from the sky.

I know this is maybe “not a big deal” as in that one side has just invented yet another innovative way to kill their opponents (we’re only one year away from normalizing gas I bet), but it never ceases to boggle my mind how big the disconnect is between what is normally portrayed in the media (“russian troops are on the march, they occupied yet another village”) and what horrible slaughter this actually means to the people on the ground.

  5. Just when I think it can’t get better…these dudes create dragons…this is just incredible.

  6. 2 years ago Russians were already using thermite and phosphorus incendiary bombs. So I assume this is the consequence when you don’t respect the rules of war.

  7. I feel like this tactic could work really well before an assault. Although actually taking the position would be a challenge.

  8. The only thing I’m missing right now is Ukrainians in powered armors, exosceletons, or other mecha shit….
